Hey, welcome to my website :)


I'm Pratik Merekar a self taught programmer and backend enthusiast, I'm an extremely curious person, always trying new things and learning new concepts. My passion for understanding how things work led me to programming.


I like messing around with stuff, and computers give me freedom to do so...


I started programming around 2019. Now I try to use C++ and Java almost all the time in order to learn more about it, by trying its extent of applications. Currently, I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (IoT).

  • Here I worked on production level ERP softwares (Shybiz BLUE & Shybiz GOLD) while just being an intern.
  • Made Invoice Settings fully functional and real-time, including image previews, logo/signature toggles, watermark settings, and template persistence across sessions.
  • Implemented a GST Tax Reports Module with GSTR-1 and GSTR-2 generation, real-time data calculations, and export to Excel/CSV using the "phpoffice/phpspreadsheet" Composer library.
  • Integrated interactive bar and line graphs on the dashboard to visualize key business metrics like Revenue, Expenditure, and Profit using Chart.js.
  • Resolved 50+ production-level bugs and UI/UX issues across entire projects to improve system stability and user experience.

  • Designed a robust Java-backed web project, ensuring smooth database connectivity and implementing rigorous data validation procedures.
  • Led a cross-functional team of 4 intern colleagues, demonstrating strong leadership, fostering collaboration, and improving project efficiency.
  • Collaborated with fellow interns, contributing to the successful completion of various team projects.

I appreciate simplicity, which led me to adopt the KISS principle (Keep It Simple, Stupid). My goal is to keep this website simple, well-structured and user-friendly.
